Classroom Tracks
"The Interlopers": Students at this age feel as if they are in constant conflict in their lives either with their parents, teachers, friends, and other classmates. However, hopefully through this lesson students will realize not only how conflicts can arise but also that sometimes there is more than what meets the eye. Through the reading of the “Interlopers”, students will see how trivial some disagreements are and that some conflicts can be resolved.

Kahoot
Kahoot is a fun interactive way to get students answering questions in the classroom. Players are allowed to use any device such as a cell phone, tablet, or laptop to play. You can use it as an introduction to a lesson, review, or for an ice breaker. It also gives an excuse to get out the tablets.
Wordpress is a great interactive tool for students. I want to create a blog for my classroom for students to post their own blogs and use it as a digital portfolio for assesment.
